These terms are maintained by the Libertago team and describe how the platform works for creators and fans. They are a plain-language summary of the product's actual behaviour, not legal advice.
Libertago hosts glamour and adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to create an account or view content.
Accounts are personal. Do not share your sign-in credentials.
Creators submit identity documents for verification before earning a verified badge. Unverified accounts have reduced visibility and limited monetisation features.
You must own or have full rights to every image, video and caption you publish.
Libertago does not hold, process or intermediate fan payments. Subscriptions, tips, gifts, pay-per-view unlocks and shop orders are paid directly to the creator using the payment methods the creator publishes.
The platform records these payments so both sides have a shared ledger, but any refund, chargeback or dispute is settled between the fan and the creator.
At the end of each calendar month Libertago issues a proforma invoice for 5% of the income recorded on your account for that month. Payment is due within 7 days of issue.
If the invoice is unpaid after 7 days the account becomes inactive. An admin can reactivate it once payment is confirmed.
Prohibited: content involving minors, non-consensual material, content you do not have rights to, illegal goods or services, and impersonation of another person.
Violations lead to content removal and, for serious cases, permanent account closure.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, have unpaid proforma invoices, or are the subject of credible abuse reports.
We update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced in your notifications inbox before taking effect.
