This page is maintained by the Libertago team and describes the data the app actually stores and why. It covers app-visible behaviour only and is not an independent audit or certification.

What we collect

Account data — email address, handle, display name and avatar you provide when signing up or editing your profile.

Content — posts, media, captions, comments, collaboration messages and direct messages you send.

Verification documents — identity documents uploaded during creator verification.

Recorded payments — the amount, purpose and date of fan payments you log, used to build earnings reports and the monthly proforma.

Usage signals — likes, follows, subscriptions and views, used to rank the Discover feed.

How the data is used

To run your account, display your content to the audiences you choose, compute earnings and the 5% monthly platform fee, personalise the Discover feed, and send the notifications you enable in Notification preferences.

We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising networks.

Storage and access

Data is stored in the app's managed backend database and file storage. Avatars, media and verification documents live in access-controlled buckets; verification documents are private and readable only by you and reviewing admins.

Row-level security rules restrict database reads to the accounts entitled to them — for example, subscriber-only posts are not readable by non-subscribers.

Payments and third parties

Fan payments happen directly between fan and creator on the payment provider each creator chooses. Libertago never receives card details or bank credentials — only the amounts creators record.

Optional AI features (caption, hashtag and pricing suggestions) send the relevant text or aggregated earnings figures to the AI provider to generate a response.

Retention and deletion

Content and account data are kept while your account is open. Deleting a post also removes its stored media. To delete your account and associated data, contact us from the Contact page and we will confirm once it is done.

Payment records tied to issued proforma invoices may be retained for accounting purposes after deletion of the rest of the account.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your profile details and content at any time, control which alerts you receive in Notification preferences, and adjust discretion options in Settings.
